Ranibizumab immunogenicity ELISA kit is intended for qualitative determination of antibodies to Ranibizumab in human serum/plasma.
Test Principle
The DeQuanto® Ranibizumab immunogenicity ELISA kit is an ELISA based immunoassay. The antibodies to Ranibizumab present in the sample binds to pre coated Ranibizumab on polystyrene microtiter plate. Non bound or the excess antibodies are removed by washing. Biotin labeled Ranibizumab is added to the wells and incubated which will bind to the captured Anti Ranibizumab antibody in the micro-wells. Following a wash step, streptavidin-HRP conjugate is added and detected by the biotin labeled antibody bound to the plate. After washing a chromogenic substrate is added and color is developed by the enzymatic reaction of HRP on the TMB substrate. The colored product is formed in proportion to the amount of Anti Ranibizumab Antibody present in the sample. The reaction is stopped by addition of a stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm in a microtiter plate reader
