Recombinant Proteins
Recombinant Human Three Prime Repair Exonuclease 1 (TREX1)
Product Description
Recombinant Human Three Prime Repair Exonuclease 1 (TREX1), expressed in Escherichia coli (E. coli) and purified by standard chromatographic techniques.
Scientific Background
Three Prime Repair Exonuclease 1(TREX1) acts on a single-stranded DNA polynucleotide species generated from processing of aberrant replication intermediates to attenuate DNA damage checkpoint signaling and prevent pathological immune activation. Truncated proteins retain exonuclease activity but lose normal pronuclear localization.
