Stop Solution(1N) For ELISA, 1N H2 SO4
Scientific Background
The stop solution is a 1N sulfuric acid for the stopping the action of horseradish peroxidase on the tetramethylbenzidine substrate in an ELISA and form a yellow clor product which can be read at 450 nm
Direction for Use
- Reagent is clear to pale blue solution.
- Pipette 50-100 µl/well of the microtiter plate.
- Read optical density at 450 nm after stopping the reaction. This yellow colour is stable for 30 minutes.
Precautions
- Do Not Dilute the buffer solution
- Ready to use.
